Julia Williams is a co-founder of Dixon Williams LLP, a boutique law firm serving your estate and business planning and litigation needs. Julia’s practice focuses on personalized estate planning for individuals, couples, and families, with an emphasis on business succession and asset protection planning for family-held businesses. As a former litigator, Julia is sensitive to the issues that are likely to result in conflict and works with her clients to formulate strategies to protect small and closely-held businesses, both during their life and after their death.
Julia received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2006. Julia also holds a L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego, cum laude. She was admitted to the California Bar in November of 2006, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for Colorado, and the U.S Court of Appeals for the First, Second, Sixth, and Ninth Circuits.
