Jenny Dixon is a co-founder of Dixon Williams LLP, a law firm designed to serve your estate and business planning and litigation needs. Jenny, a seasoned litigator, has represented individuals and companies in state and federal litigation, arbitration hearings, and internal and governmental investigations involving business and employment disputes, corporate and securities fraud, and violations of antitrust and competition laws. With substantial experience in representing clients on both sides of disputes, Jenny brings an invaluable perspective to any matter. She is highly effective at evaluating litigation risks and working to develop the litigation strategy to best protect her clients' interests.
Prior to founding this firm, Jenny was a partner at and practiced at several, nationally-recognized large and mid-sized firms based in California. Her complex, high-profile litigation practice has taken her to federal and state courts across the nation. She has been honored by San Diego Business Journal as Best of the Bar in 2016, and recognized as a Super Lawyer by her peers in 2020 and 2021.
Jenny is a native San Diegan. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, CA. While in law school, Jenny worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable William W Schwarzer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and as a law clerk for the Federal Public Defenders for the Northern District of California. Jenny earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in three years from the University of California, Irvine, where she was named to the Dean's List. She was admitted to the California Bar in December of 1997, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California, and the U.S Courts of Appeals for the Sixth, Ninth and Eleventh Circuits.
